Susan A. McConahy, age 72, of New Castle, PA, passed away the morning of July 3, 2025.

Born Jan. 20, 1953, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Martha (Myers) McConahy.

Susan was a dedicated employee of Penn Power, where she worked for several years, in the accounting and line departments. She then went on to work at McElwain Chevrolet, where she retired. Susan enjoyed crafts, visiting her brother, Phillip, attending Penn Power alumni picnics and church. She was a faithful member of Church of God.

Survivors include her brother, Phillip McConahy of Sharon, PA, and several cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her aunts and uncles.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or services.

Memorial contributions may be offered to AHN Cancer Institute, 314 E North Ave., Pittsburgh, PA, 15212.

Burial will be at Castle View Memorial Gardens.
