Susan Marie Young, age 61 of New Castle, passed away the morning of June 22, 2021, at her residence. Born Feb. 18, 1960, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Carol (Price) Elkin. Susan was a waitress for several years, at Starwood Restaurant. She loved to fish, garden, and spend time with her family. She was preceded in death by her faithful dog and companion, "Baby", whom she dearly loved. Survivors include one son, Trevor L. Ringer and his girlfriend Tina Weigle, both of Sharon, PA; one daughter, Ellie M. Young of Hubbard, OH; and one sister, Joyce (Walt) Ermansons. In keeping with her wishes no visitation or services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
