Thomas J. Pavlov, age 57, of West Middlesex, PA, passed away the early morning of Sept.27, 2026, at UPMC Horizon-Greenville, PA.

Born June 27, 1969, in New Castle, PA, he was the son of Thomas M. and the late Ada L. (McClenahan) Pavlov.

On Sept. 9, 2000, he married his beloved wife of 26 years, Staci (Meyer) Pavlov. She survives at home.

Thomas was the owner and operator of Pavlov Auto Body. He enjoyed hunting, especially archery, and watching his trail cameras. Thomas also loved antiquing. What gave him the most joy, about all else, was spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by two daughters, Tressa Lynn Pavlov (Trevor) and Sierra Lee Pavlov, both of West Middlesex, PA; three sisters, Chrissy Elliott, of Mercer, PA, Teresa Patterson (Eric) of Montana, Kara Williamson (Jim) of New Wilmington, PA; several nephews, nieces, five great-nephews and one great-niece.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Catherine J. and Stephen Pavlov, and maternal grandparents, James W., and Anna McClenahan, two brothers-in-law, Eric Elliott, and Philip Douglas.

In keeping with Thomas’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.

Memorial contributions may be offered to the Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
