Timothy M. Donston, age 71, of New Castle, passed away the late evening of Feb. 27, 2022, at Carriage Manor. Born Feb. 11, 1951, in New Castle, he was the son of the late Jasper Donston and Dorothy (Megan) Donston Book. Timothy was a graduate of Neshannock High School. He served in the U.S. National Guard. For 40 years, he was employed at Berner International as an electrical specialist. Timothy loved to spend time in the outdoors, biking. He enjoyed taking care of his aquariums and had a great love for music. Timothy was an avid fan of the NY Giants and Atlanta Braves. Survivors include one daughter, Autumn (Corry) Schachern of New Castle, PA; one son Lance (Shelley) Donston of Wampum, PA; one sister, Pamala Crist of North Carolina; former wife Christine (Pszenny) Donston; and two grandchildren, Danny and Aria. In addition to his parents, Timothy was preceded in death by two brothers, David and James Donston and one sister, Karen Hitchen. Visitation will be held on Fri. March 4th from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A service will take place immediately following visitation at 11:30 AM.
