Todd A. Brooks, 54, of 128 Redwood Circle, Pulaski, passed away suddenly February 15, 2015. Born March 28, 1960 in New Castle, he is the son of Donald L. and Doris M. Black Brooks, and step-son of Katy Brooks. A 1978 graduate of Neshannock High School, Todd enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Todd had a skill and an interest for repairing anything. He attended Kings Chapel Church. He is survived by his father and step-mother; his companion, Christine Lewchenko; 3 sons, Derek Brooks (companion Amanda Gemellaro) of Woburn, Mass, Todd "T.J." (Sarah) Brooks of Whitinsville, Mass, and Devin Brooks of Poland, Ohio; 2 sisters, Dixie (David) Marshall and Donna (Vern) Sipe, all of New Castle; 1 step-brother, Paul (Jenny) Passerrello of New Smyrna Beach, Fla; 1 step-sister, Annette (Tim) Morgan of Port Orange, Fla; 1 grandson, Derek Ronald Brooks; and 1 nephew, Vern Sipe, Jr. of New Castle. He was preceded in death by his mother in 2008. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Thomas Scott will be officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
