Twila M. Bogdan, 70, of New Castle, passed away the night of August 27, 2016 at Silver Oaks Nursing Center.
Born March 22, 1946 in Indiana, Pa., she was the daughter of Robert and Veda Putt Minto.
Twila was a graduate of Laurel High School and was employed with Colonial Laundromat.
She enjoyed playing Bingo and was a member of the former First Wesleyan Church, now New Hope Wesleyan.
She is survived by her husband, Emmanuel Alex Bogdan, of New Castle; two daughters, Kimberly Bogdan and Felicia Donahue of New Castle; one son, Glenn Minto of Donalsonville, Ga; one brother, Donald Minto of New Castle; two sisters, Sarah Benson and Barbara Hartman of New Castle; 16 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Russell Minto; and four sisters, Dorothy Hunchurak, Virginia Covert, Isabelle Mardis and Wilda Morrison.
All services will be private.
