Virginia K. Decker, 94, of the Greer House, formerly of Decker Dr., passed away the morning of Jan 14, 2010 in Jameson Hospital.Born Oct. 22, 1915, in Koppel, she was the daughter of Ray and Frances Bates Campbell.She married Edward Kingston and after his death she married Herman Decker in Nov. 1963. He preceded her in death in 1977.Virginia attended New Castle High School.A homemaker, she enjoyed traveling and dining out. She had a very curious mind, and liked reading and history.Virginia was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church.Survivors include a step son Paul F. Decker and his family of Grosse Point, Mich,; a brother, David Campbell of Columbiana, Ohio; and a sister, Ruth Anne Shoop of Beaver Falls.She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, one sister, Frances Mae Campbell; and four brothers, Robert, Charles, Eugene, and Wayne Campbell.Visitation is noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010, at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010, at the funeral home. The Rev.
