Virginia F. Wallace, 90, passed away the morning of July 14, 2011 at her home in North Reading, MA.Virginia was born on March 19, 1921, in New Castle, to the late Ross and Iva Cole Fredrick.She was married, in 1943, to Mr. Robert N. Wallace, who preceded her in death on April 12, 1988. Mrs. Wallace was a 1939 graduate of New Castle High School and served as a force clerk at Bell Telephone. Virginia was a member of First Christian Church while living in New Castle.Mrs. Wallace is survived by her daughter, Alice W. Belhumeur of Mechanicsville, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Bonnie Wallace of North Reading, MA, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, Virginia was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph R. Fredrick.At Virginia's request, private services will be held at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
