William C. Culley, 63, of New Castle, passed away after a short illness, the morning of September 2, 2021.
Born January 10, 1958, in Gary, Indiana, he was the son of the late Merle Culley and Beverly (McGill) Culley who survives.
His wife of 34 years, whom he loved dearly, Toni (Voras) Heckathorne Culley survives at home. Also surviving is his only step-daughter, Jackie Heckathorne Eicher, and her husband, Bubba; his only granddaughter whom he loved, Jonna-Lynn Bevan, and her boyfriend, Dylan Hinkle; two sisters, Cindy Stambul and Beth Ann Culley of Bessemer; two brothers, Edwin (Diane) Culley of New Castle and Mark Culley of Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Jenny and cat, Sassy.
Bill worked many limestone plants for 22 years and at Graceland Cemetery for 12 years. He was also a member of Eintracht Singing Society.
Bill loved hanging out with friends, playing cards, talking about motorcycles, cars and the good old times. He also loved to spend time with Toni, going fishing and Sunday rides. He enjoyed hunting, playing guitars and riding motorcycles.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-Law, John and Delores (Passerrello) Voras.
Bill will be missed by all who knew him. He was one that was always there to help anyone in need.
