William Lee Kelly, 60, of New Castle, passed away August 27, 2021, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born December 9, 1960, in Salem, Ohio, he was the son of Lester and Virginia (Stewart) Kelly. Bill was a longtime resident of Bessemer and a graduate of Mohawk High School. Bill loved to laugh and always was up for a good joke or prank. He is survived by two sisters, Kelly Matlin of Redding, CA and Vikki (David) Micco of Bessemer; nieces Coral Silverman and Harmony Silverman of San Diego, CA and Kristi Micco of New Middletown, OH; nephew Mark Micco of Enon Valley and Gena Micco of Bessemer. He was preceded in death by his parents. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
