William B. Morrison 91, of New Castle, passed away the evening of Dec.15, 2019 at Jameson Hospital. Born Feb. 28,1928 in Natrona Heights, Pa., he was the son of the late Hugh John Morrison and Georgie Boyd Morrison. A graduate from New Castle High School in 1946 and from Grove City College in 1951, he served in the Navy from 1946 to 1948 as a Pharmacist's Mate Third Class. Mr. Morrison worked in management positions in the Aluminum industry for Alcoa, Alcan and American Can Corp. He was a member of Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church serving as a Deacon and Elder. He belonged to the New Castle Country Club, the Eintracht Society, Castle Pistol Club and the Penn-Ohio Radio Control Society. A memorial service will be held at Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev. Aaron Christy officiating.
